I first only looked at this on my phone, when looking on a bigger screen I could see the detail. What a beautiful sign. Is it old or a replica? It's beautiful, more of a piece of art than a sign.
@janemartin I have no idea of the age of the sign. The shop is a very old established business so it could be anywhere from a few years to 50 or 60. Although I often visit Winchester and was even born and went toschool there, I can't say I have ever noticed the sign before.
