Red Flower

I have no idea what this flower is all I know is it used to be a weed but now everyone seems to be growing it in their gardens.

It's Red Valerian. I have it in my garden too, but its a bit naughty and seeds everywhere. But I just pull up the ones I don't want. Very good for hot dry areas, that's why it grows on cliffs near the sea down South.
