While waiting for an arrival at Heathrow's Terminal 2 today I noticed this sculpture entitled "Slipstream". 77 tonnes of aluminium and rivets and 78 metres long it was built in Hull and transported to Heathrow in 23 sections where it is suspended 20 metres above the ground. The sculpture was inspired by the slipstream of a stunt plane.
