The lych gate at the entrance to St Mary's Church inside the walls of Portchester Castle. The gate was built by subscription to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897. The gate was last restored to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V. It now needs work once again so the tiles have been removed prior to work commencing.
