Two men with their cameras mounted on tripods both fitted with filters so I guess they are trying to smooth out the waves over "The Wreck" by using ND filters to slow the shutter speed dramatically.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond No it's on the beach in Bognor Regis. It was part of the Mulberry Harbour system but it broke free while being towed to Normandy for D-Day and has been on the beach here for 76 years. Not too cold here today, although colder than yesterday.
