I will always and forever be a WH band mom!! The last pic I took on the practice field of the last contest my daughter's SR year. I miss this!!! COVID is stopping this from happening with younger child.
That's a lonely and dramatic capture! I hope and pray things will get back to normal soon. I was in HS band for four years and I still miss it at my age. =)
@marlboromaam Thank you!! That is what I was hoping for. I was a band drop out and lived vicariously through my daughters band adventure. I had soooooo much fun volunteering my time to my Now band family. They all became my kids. I didn't think I would miss it this much, but I do 😪ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢ I am ready for some of our old normal!!
@dutchothotmailcom Thank You!! Bawling when I took it LOL!! I feel so bad for all Seniors!! Oldest played flute and was color guard captain. Youngest is a percussionist and freshman. So hopefully she'll get to march at some point in time. I know we are all sick of this!!

I have such great memories about being a band mom! My oldest was a senior in 2018/2019. She still is a percussionist and although we moved I still follow her HS band. If we hadn't moved my youngest would now be a freshman and doing band too.

@ingrid01 I loved every moment of it!! Mine was a senior at the same time as yours. Youngest has followed in her footsteps, but different instrument. We have wonderful band directors. Miss it soooo!!!
