Our local farmers grow vegetables in a lot of unusual colors. I think they are heirloom vegetables. For instance, I've seen golden yellow and purple cauliflower, and three of the carrots in this photo are purple, although that doesn't show up well.

It looks like Harvest Festival used to be when I was younger. Now they preferr food in tins or packets !
