Long story....while on my way to meet my brother and family for breakfast, I saw a woman slumped over her steering wheel with her car running. I walked past thinking she was reading a map or maybe resting her eyes while her car warmed up but then felt like something wasn't right. Went back, knocked on her window several times, no response, called 911, talked to police. She eventually was prodded awake, but was very out of it. Admitted to drinking 2 drinks but didn't register high enough on the breathalizer to arrest her. She insisted she was ok to drive when clearly she wasn't. Ambulance left without her and she climbed in to the back of the police cruiser. I wish I knew what was wrong with her. She claimed she wasn't diabetic but the police officer stated she wouldn't know if she was or not if she was coming out of some kind of diabetic coma.
