Paid $180 for this….came in a drawstring bag all knotted up. Worked on it for an hour to try and untangle it and got nowhere. And this was a $400 necklace to begin with! Called Macy's and complained and they "said" they would ship a new one in different packaging by Tuesday. We shall see. I won't be holding my breath.
