close to the Mpls airport. We have been alerted to noise warnings now thru Monday as up to 1600 private/company aircraft come here for the Super Bowl - in addition to the regular commercial flights! Nearby local airports are turning their runways into parking lots for all the extra planes. Since it will be below zero and there is only so much indoor hanger space, some planes are just dropping off their passengers and coming back on Monday to pick them up. Others might have to park at airports in St. Cloud and Duluth. Crazy!
