I'm glad I only have to do this once a year. I wish the landlord would stain and seal this, though. Would make cleaning it easier. I found the best solution to be 1 gallon of water with 1/8 cup of dishwasher liquid and 1 cup of Oxi Clean. Slow process this year because I get so winded so easily.

@illinilass thanks for watching out for me. I was careful. My shoes were getting wet from water and slime so it was easier just to go barefoot
