Eastern Rosella

I was hanging out the washing when I spotted a pair of these guys. So ran for the camera, the male was a bit skittish but the female didn't bother too much. Unfortunately it's the males that have the brightest colours. Oh well!

@junep I snuck up slowly, the male flew off but the female didn't seem to mind too much. I did have to crop this to make it seem closer, which I think I have lost a bit of clarity in doing it!
