The old and the 'new'.

An image from four weeks ago - this one's for my sister Carrie, as it is her home town of Alexandra, South Island, NZ. The old bridge piers have been left standing (built in 1879-82). Nearby, is the 'new' bridge, built in 1958. This bridge spans the Clutha River, a few kilometres below the Clyde Dam.
