A busy day today, mostly spent helping Camera Club members setting up for an exhibition. So, this is an image from January. My sister has moved from here to the North Island of NZ. Going from very cold and very dry Central Otago to the warmer, wetter North has been a big change. The lovely town of Alexandra straddles the Clutha River and is a great place to go if you like apricots and cherries! It seems everyone here owns a bicycle and it is near to the Otago Rail Trail.
You have a great POV of Alex here! Know this well as SIL lives here. I always bring my bike - so many beautiful trails but also drives up into the mountains for picnics in wild places.. Freezing in the winter!
