It was amazing the weather changes this morning in the short time it took to have breakie. Apparently the repair/maintenance work that needed doing on this rig is nearing completion, so it is going to be towed back out to the site in the near future. @graemestevens may be able to tell us more details?
@dide It is going back out to sea to it's usual site with a slight detour to one of the rigs off the South Taranaki Coast where it will be anchored next to the Maui A (I think) platform so that the can do some waste removal work from the Maui Platform, then it will head off to it's usual location. Apparently. I'm not sure when all this is going to happen though. Great shots too
@vignouse Yes - sometimes collages are not as good as one good image, but since all this different lighting happened within a 27 minute timespan, I though it would be fun to include all the shots. It was interesting that there was part of a rainbow on one side, then later, on the other side of the rig. As it was cloudy higher up, it could have actually been the same bow….
