Fish for dinner

My husband and youngest son went fishing today, so there was a fish feast for dinner. They also got some scallops and there were whitebait fritters as well. Too bad I hate fish….. I had sausages with my salad instead.

@365projectorgsebgritt A real team effort on this one - boys filleted the fish and cooked it - girls made the salad, potatoes and cooked the whitebait. I didn't even have to touch a fish! I did make the beer batter for it though - oh so difficult…… beer and flour!
