The Gingerbread House

Kate, our son's girlfriend, very cleverly assembled this gingerbread house yesterday. It took her ages to apply the icing and then decorate with lollies and the end result looks terrific. She even put a snowman in the front yard and snow dripping off the edges of the roof - it must be a bit strange being in a NZ summer, when you are used to Canadian Christmases.

This is great - very prettily decorated adn a nice shot of it. Fav. I tried to make one of these once and failed dismally as it all collapsed. They're quite fiddly to put together
