The blue door by dide

The blue door

We discovered this lovely little church on a hill the other day after we had been at the War Birds display. As per usual, there were lots of interesting headstones, dating back to around 1850. Unfortunately, some of them are difficult to read.
A few weeks ago, there were people working in our local cemetery, recording what was written on the old headstones, so the records can be digitalised and available through the Auckland City Council.
Absolutely superb capture, love the perspective and angle of the light, graining from your high ISO setting really adds to the overall look of the image an instant favourite Dianne

I feel it's sad when you can't read the inscriptions on old graves. Your blue door is a beacon of light in this old churchyard!
