Leading the bands

At the Highland Games tattoo, this police band master got to lead the massed pipe bands. What an amazing sight to see so many bagpipes and drummers all together in a mass band.

Great shot. The husband used to play the bagpipes but he gave up when he was old or brave enough to stand up to his mother. His brother still plays and he was probably there somewhere. I'm sorry I missed it
