@julzmaioro and I, along with our spouses, were driving through a narrow, windy, shingle road (Dansey's Pass, South Island). The conversation from us two photographers went a little like this…'All we need now is to meet some sheep to make these images more interesting…' Well, it happened - all 1200 of them! This shepherd and his 11 dogs were following them up the road. More images tomorrow!
@happypat Yes they were great - then for the homeward journey, they were put into a trailer. He called them in name by name - one was called Tinkerbell!
What a neat scene - was wondering when I first saw this why there were so many dogs - 1200 sheep would definitely require that! Your focus is excellent.
