Last day of the 30 day challenge today. I have mostly enjoyed it and it has been good to do during lockdown. We are now at Level Three in NZ, which means stay at home if possible, but that businesses can open if they have contactless operations.
The muffin is orange and chia, made gf for me by my lovely neighbour and dropped into our letterbox.
