Sprouts by dide

Sprouts

During lockdown I have grown lots of sprouts so we have fresh greens and don't have to go to the supermarket so often. Now that the weather is a bit cooler, they are a bit slower to grow. They are so much nicer than the ones that you buy from the supermarket.
A great explanatory collage - a wonderful way to gather your own !

I bet they are more flavoursome! You have the right equipment. Sprouts with a touch of homemade mayonnaise must be the best!

Interesting collage Dianne, Sprouts to me are Brussels sprouts, had a good look at them suspect they are Mung bean sprouts?:)

@pcoulson these ones are alfalfa, but almost any seeds can be sprouted.

We have all become more self sufficient since lockdown haven't we. Anything home grown always tastes better than shop bought
