It was a nice change today to get outside and have a break from planning online schoolwork. We were tidying up the fence along the road boundary so we could move our wee (well actually Josh's) herd into that part of the paddock.
We have teachers in our family. I believe they are overworked and undervalued. The continual lockdowns are doing their heads in.
Glad you could get out today, Dianne, and treat us to these photos.
Loved seeing your cattle photo on the curated page this week.
A wonderful collage of your farming life - I do love your longhorns . I do not envy you at all having to plan and deliver all this online schoolwork - with no face to face interaction with the children -- May you enjoy whatever time you have on the farm ! -- it must be a relief !
@ethelperry@beryl it’s such a hard time for families - parents who are essential workers trying to juggle everything, some families whose parents cannot go to work, some with devices and some without. The school has provided devices but some families don’t have access to internet. It’s hard to keep kids learning and motivated and some get further behind. But we are doing all we can to help them learn.
What a nice collage of your farm life - some neat looking longhorns. Do hope we don't wind up back with online schooling here - numbers are slowly rising since school began. That is so hard on families and nearly impossible for the children.
Glad you could get out today, Dianne, and treat us to these photos.
