Sprouts

I am trying hard to stay away from the supermarket during lockdown and so far have only been twice in six weeks. It has helped by having a few vege greens in the garden and by growing salad sprouts. Here you can see the next batch of crunchy mix on soaking, and alfalfa and crunchy mix all sprouted ready to eat.

@ilovelenses yes - Auckland is a hotspot for Delta, so the rules are in place to try to get the outbreak under control. 14 new cases today, so the numbers are slowing reducing.

They look delicious….I once had some of those mini veg in NZ, so fresh & good fir you. We do t grow anything like this in the UK as far as I’m aware. Probably wrong but I would grow them if I knew were to buy!
