Just a shoutout to the local volunteer Fire Brigade. They do such a great job and drop everything to attend call outs. I have heard the siren go twice today, so they have been pretty busy.
I back that Dianne & what most people in the UK don’t know is that the fire brigade in NZ is mostly voluntary plus they attend far a more variety of emergencies than here in the UK. I’m always amazed at the call outs are grandson goes too…..very distressing stuff too, a lot for a 27 year old to deal with sometimes but he loves it.
