Just having fun taking a modern look at photographing Aroha. I was watching on TV the other night a lady (originally from Brisbane, but now living rurally in NZ) who has produced a book of animal portraits called 'A Load of Bull'. This is a bit like what she does.
A great example of using negative space to great advantage. It's so hard sometimes to figure out how to frame or crop things. Too far out and you miss showing off details, too close in and you miss the 'big picture' . This is a great shot to give both detail and the big feeling.
