Chook has been building a shade house so we can propagate some native trees for planting on the farm. He has done a great job with a little assistance here and there. Today we were helping him put up the clear-light as it was a bit windy to manage on his own. It's close to nearly all finished - just needs a door and some shelving. One end will be used to germinate the seed and will be more like a hothouse. We will rig up an automatic watering system.
Clever Chook! That is very impressive and I am sure you will successfully propagate lots of natives trees. Will you use bottom heat to germinate the seeds?
