Lake Rotoiti

I was up early to try to get some nice colour as the sun rose. It was not colourful, but lovely and misty and moody. I had put on long sleeves and long pants - mainly to keep the sandflies away, but actually needed them as it was only 10 degrees C. This is at St Arnaud - Lake Rotoiti and the very beginning of the Buller River as it begins its trip to the west coast.
