It’s been a while since we got away in the van. Usually we stay in Regional Parks or somewhere in the country. Tonight we are in a Freedom Camping spot in the small township of Thames. It is right by where we want to go on our bikes. Surprisingly, the nearby road has very few cars, so it’s pretty peaceful. This is the view out the window by our bed.
Nice. We have a long camping trip coming up soon… we have a variety of campground visits planned as well as some dispersed dry camping, Harvest Hosts (business that let you stay overnight) and even a Boondockers Welcome stay for 5 nights… that is a a private home.
