The smoker

We love exploring towns on our bikes. You get to see so many interesting things and talk to lots of people too. While in Thames, we cycled through the wharf area where there is a very popular fish shop. They were just opening up the smoker, ready to remove the smoked fish. They were using a very popular smoking wood - tea tree (Manuka).
