Waihi

We are staying a couple of nights across from this cute railway station, parked on an empty grassed section. The railway diesel trains mostly run on the weekends and during summer on a short track (about10 km) to Waikino station. It’s a quiet place to stay and the $10 per night goes to the railway society.
