Cool Camera / Photography Site

Just found this site---it has some really cool stuff, like Holga cameras and Lomo film. Some of the site doesn't behave well---I clicked on something I thought was awesome and ended up in some loop and never got to the item...but mostly it works OK. Has anyone ever ordered from them? If so how was the experience?

Haven't ordered from there, but I found a little shop near my apartment that sells all sorts of similar items. I swear I wasted like 3 hours being a looky-loo in there the other day!

@pwallis That would totally happen to me. When I saw the film developing tanks and chemicals....OMG, so exciting (yep, I'm a dork).

@5unflow3r I actually came across a book on my shelf yesterday that my instructor recommended when I was taking film photography courses and I ended up getting distracted by it and sat down and read it cover to cover.

@pwallis I can see where my 2 are from school...afraid to touch them as I will need a lot of time once I open them. :-) But I am doing my film month in March, so those books will be unavoideable, I think. :-) Paula x 2 may be joining me for March film.

One of the Seattle camera shops does an annual Holga contest. I might have to do it this year.

I find eBay tends to be cheaper for lomo stuff. I bought my Holga and all my accessories from random people in eBay and never had a problem. Another site that came close in price was http://www.holgacamera.net, but I haven't tried them yet.

"Lomography" branded stuff tends to be a bit of a ripoff, imho....
