I have bought and sold hundreds of antique cameras, but never found any film, but for the 110, etc vacation pockets we had as kids. But, I am not surprised, as I find amazing old photography abandoned, and nearly trashed, by families. @tskipper
I was quite excited today because I found some pictures that I had completely forgotten about on an old CF card (from the days when I thought that a 128mb storage card was cutting edge) from 2007. My little find pales into insignificance now.
The only "old" photos I've found were of my husband's ex-wife when I grabbed a bunch of undeveloped film from his camera bag after a vacation when we first got together and processed them. I couldn't figure out why he shot a bunch of pictures of some strange woman on the beach. He was mortified when I asked them about them.
Awesome! A few weeks ago I was searching trough my grandmothers box of old photos, I love how those old images look. Now that I'm thinking about it, I should look up my parents photos sometime soon.
How? Ah... someone has built a time machine! Excellent!
Or just standard journalistic accuracy and detailed research...:?
oh well I wasn't planning to run for public office anyway
