Somewhat new to photography. Need critique.

I've really started playing with photography lately. I started my 365 at the end of January, but started with the focus of making a photo journal of sorts. My first few months haven't been artistic, but lately I've focused on the photography and editing part of the project.
I have a Nikon Coolpix digital camera, so I'm somewhat limited in what I can do.
I can't wait until I have an SLR that I can use.
I'd really appreciate some critiques!
Like I said, mainly pay attention to the last few weeks.

I have an S570 - you can really do great things with a little point and shoot. :-)
