You've got some pretty good photos. My advise would be when photographing people in bright overhead sunlight is to move them into the shade (photo #5). and try to minimize distracting elements as much as possible. You can usually get rid of most distracting elements by just changing your shooting angle. Alot of people tend to forget about the background when photographing so if you always keep your background in mind and change your shooting angle when there is a distraction in frame your photos will drastically improve. And don't forget about the foreground either (photo #7).
