Hi! I certainly will follow you, but do you really want (constructive but perhaps harsh and unpleasant) criticism? The standard here is usually to comment on what you like and to gloss over what you don't. If comments like Sarra above are OK with you, it really is sometimes a hard pill to swallow when someone really hates what you have done, then let me know. I will, of course, always be respectful!
Hi David! Welcome! My advice to you would be to find some photos you like, see if you like the content that the photographer consistently posts, and if you do, then follow them. Then try to replicate in your own way any photos, styles, techniques, etc that you really love. Good luck! :)

Having a quick look at your photo I would suggest saying away from post processing and work on getting a good photo to start with.
You should be looking at things like composition, focus and telling a story with your photos.
