Well, let me start by saying you did a great job of capturing a Cardinal fan in his last moment of happiness this season... (Oh, I should mention I'm in RI which, of course, is Red Sox territory! )
I like the overall composition. Shots like that need to be very spontaneous - you don't really have time to compose them - and you did a good job with the lighting and with the capture of the fan holding the paper. The celebratory bottle next to it helps add to the mood.
I'm not quite sold on the tilt - I tend to really prefer straight horizon lines - but that's just a matter of personal preference. Your shot does work as it's presented.
