Anyone know of any good tutorials for this post processing technique? What do they call this type of treatment? I love the look and would like to experiment.

it's a vintage effect - it looks like the photographer added a layer of creamy haze to it. many Photoshop actions will help you accomplish this. Check out Florabella actions. She has many that will help you create this look. Good luck!

@celly525 - Try adjusting color balance and adding some color layers on different blending settings (e.g. a layer of yellow on soft light).

I do this effect on icons often, its easy to achieve using layers in blue, hazel, and tan
