I agree with Elin, the one thing I have learnt is not to centre every thing, took a while ;) and maybe lighten it up a little, you have a great sky full of stars that I think need to be seen a little more. I am no photographer either and these are my thoughts. Your logo is very nice but distracting, try making a little smaller on this pic.
It is a lovely pic though.
I looked at your photos and I found your logo very distracting in most of them. They are nice photos too, but I had to draw my eyes away from the pretty logo to see them. I pretty much agree on the ctitques of the above photo.
I agree with many above, The moon is too central. Because the tree is on the right, the pic would look better with the moon a little to the left. I too, find your logo really distracting (very pretty however!!) maybe just tone it down in strength of colour and/or have no tree in it.
The stars are more noticeable on a high res version. I pulled out to the side of the road and took quick series..I think is not a hard and fast rule about not centering..sometimes it works. I can't wait to try again placing to the left.
If hou can adjust the opacity of your watermark, you don't neccesarily have to move or resize it. However, I wouldn't center both that and the moon. Move one or the other around. If you have figured out layering, you can move the moon without a re-shoot.
I was nervous about digitally moving the moon, because I want it to look natural. Well...there you have it! I lightened the sky to show the starts....halo effect is bugging me, though.
can you lighten the sky a little more? and I love the changes, I too felt the moon and logo were competing for the focal of this picture. I thought how you have lightened it so far is great! you still have the look you want, but shows so much more details.

I'm a long way off being a good photographer, and these are only my brief thoughts (not necessarily criticism!)
Could you upload a higher res version?

higher res image.
Or framed it with more or less of that tree.
I think that your logo works with this picture but it is distracting in some of the others (in this beautiful photo for example - http://365project.org/mibellesmom/365/2011-08-02).
Overall I think that this is a good photo, I like the fairy tale like look of it.
