I am having trouble editing this photo I like the first one better then the 2nd but I having trouble with the coloring. When adjust the color and temp of the picture to enhance the subjects it makes the man in my photo more red but when I adjusted the redness I though it made the girl pale....so I need some advice and help!!

Do your adjustment on a duplicate layer, and then paint it in with a soft brush on a layer mask just where you want it (or paint it out where you don't want it).
@mrstfeeley216 Copy your background layer to a new layer (drag the layer down to the box left of the "recycle bin icon" in the layers palette) first, so that you're working on a duplicate and don't accidentally wreck your original. Select the "adjustment layer" icon and make your adjustment as you like. Select the "layer mask" icon, if you don't have a layer mask created automatically (depends on your version of Photoshop as to whether or not it does it automatically), and you can then apply the adjustment layer only where you want it. The basic rule is, unless you changed your settings, a white mask reveals, and a black mask hides, so if you have a white mask your adjustment will be visible and you can "paint it out" with black paint (on the layer mask), or the opposite if you have a black mask. To switch between white and black masks you just invert (ctrl-i). Does that make sense? I'll see if I can find a link that explains some of this stuff....
