I was able to produce some real results while laying on my back recovering from surgery. I plotted world domination, solved the answer to the universe and discovered the way to eternal life. OK perhaps that is not true. But I did make a goal to build a website for my photography and accomplished it.
I have not been able to shoot many pictures or respond to my fellow 365ers. I am thankful for all of you on here. Your kind words while recovering meant a lot to me. There are some truly caring and loving people in this community. We should all be proud to be part of an extraordinary part of the world!
If you would like to take a look at my site, here is the link. Thank you in advance!
Hope you feel better soon Corey. Well done for setting yourself a goal, having some forced downtime really helps you take a step back and plan. Show your talent off to the world!
Very nice site Corey. Incredible shot on your front page. I hadn't seen that one. What did you use to make the site? I'm impressed with what you were able to do with your downtime.
@donseymour Don, thank you! I used Go Daddy to register the domain. Then used Host Gator for the server host. From there Host Gator has a gazillion options. I have used Go Daddy before for hosting but was not impressed with what they had to offer It is a big time crunch though. I have been up all hours due to the pain and pills so I figured I would conquer it. I had my Fiance hook up my Laptop to the LCD here in the living room and I used my wireless keyboard and mouse. I am still squinting though even with glasses on. LOL
