Wow, this is really interesting. So many of these images are really poignant, especially when they're shown together, one after the other. The impartiality of the camera is unsettling, as is the lack of contexts. Moments in time on our planet.

Wow - I thought it was one guy shooting all those at first and was amazed at that many bizarre captures in a single lifetime. Very intriguing collection of images!

@carolinedreams @pwallis

i find it intriguing as well... i can't imagine the task involved in sifting thru all the images... and i keep wondering if this "counts" as street photography... but regardless, i find the whole concept fascinating... not the least because of all the discussions regarding the ethics of photographing random strangers... i realize that the faces are blurred (including the rabbit face!), but nonetheless, the fact that these cameras are roaming the earth taking image after image is fascinating to me...

@northy a girlfriend of mine found a shot of herself getting into her old car on google earth. She loves it, lol. Even saved a screen shot and made it her profile pic on fb. Obviously it means she's famous now.

@pwallis in an Andy warholian kinda way, indeed she is famous :). I've found our car, but no pics of humans around our house - those images were kinda ghostly - like post apocalyptic...
