Go to the photo page of the photo you want to post, and on the right hand side, below the views and tags, you'll see a section called 'share'.
At the bottom of this section there's a box with 'copy and paste code' next to it. Select all of the text in the box with the mouse, and copy it (ctrl-c). Then on your forum post, paste it (ctrl-v) and when you submit the post, it will display your photo (and if someone clicks on it, they'll go to your photo page)
When you look at your photo, look to the right under the share buttons. You will see a box and then the text copy and paste code. You paste that code here and it will show the photo. :)

There's a copy and paste code under all the photo information to the right of your photos. Right click on it, copy, go to the board you want, right click and paste.
