Why? Both chips are used in a wide range of cameras with vastly differing capabilities. For the DIGIC II chip, it's used in cameras ranging from the Powershot A610 through to the 5D, which would struggle to be more different.

Regardless, you'll find it very difficult to get any firm specifications about the chips themselves as they are Canon and Nikon's most valuable intellectual property. They don't publish datasheets for them, which would probably be the only way you could do a meaningful comparison between what the chips are actually capable of.

Maybe you can explain in more detail what you actually want to know? What you seem to be asking for is something that, if you would actually benefit from the answer, you wouldn't be asking (at least not here).

@abirkill I mean to say they there are imaging Processors used in Canon Powershots and Nikon Coolpix.Actually I want to know if I intend to purchase camera which house this processor what is the difference in this 2 processors only?
For example some websites depicted that the Expeed C2 processor are sloe in speed in comparison to DIGIC 5-Considering Canon PS SX40HS and Nikon Coolpix P510.

Thanks
