For those (like me) concerned about Instagram and it's TOS changes - which, I know, they are currently revising but the attempt has made me concerned enough to quit Instagram - here a little list from Wired of other photosharing apps.
I'm on Android, but most have iOS (and at least one, EyeEm, which seems nice, has Windows Mobile) versions.
Also, let's not forget Pixlr-O-Matic mobile which you can use to share and Snapseed - although Snapseed will only share with Google+, but you can save the image and share later from the gallery.
I'm liking EyeEm at the moment... seems promising. We'll see when I start up again in January!
... will migrate your images from Instagram to Flickr for free (well, the first 30,000 anyway!). So this way you can save anything you have on Instagram easily before you delete your account.
