What book (paper or electronic) do you recommend for Lightroom

I have watched some youtube videos that has been helpful but is there any written material that you are aware of ?

Now there's a good discussion thread Kathy. I had thought that I should delve into Lightroom, but I like to be able to have a book in front of me rather than watching a tutorial.

i have found Kelby's book a bit easier to get thru...

i really want to learn how to use lightroom properly this year, and organize a better workflow...
