you're watching a basketball game and a player goes flying out of bounds into a photographer and you immediately say "oh my god do you have any idea how expensive that lens is, get that kid off that camera."

yea oh and uh hope the kid isn't hurt

Kind of related; I was playing with an iPhone app the other day, one that has "filters." Several of the filters are pretty rough, making the photo look like coffee had been spilled on it, or the photo had been through some kind of post-apocalyptic event. My first reaction for each of these filters was to start figuring out in my head how I would clean them up in LR4. It wasn't until a particularly bad one that I was "spot correcting" that I realized I was doing it.
