Do you have a facebook personal account, Jim @justjim ? You will need one before you'll be able to make a photo page. Go to the link Jenn posted above and then select the type of page you want (You'd probably want the Cause or community option and then create a community page, unless your photography is your business, in which case you could choose the business option). Then just follow the prompts as you go - it's pretty straightforward really.... Good luck.
