I was following Abraham Lincoln here and really enjoying his work, but now he seems to have disappeared. Has anyone else noticed this?
There is no record of him being here except for his name showing up on pages where he's left a message or picture. When I click on the picture, it shows an error message stating he's not on 365.
I know people come and go here, but they normally say goodbye if they're leaving .
Does anyone know what happened to him, why he left? etc?
Now that you mention it, I haven't seen any posts from him either. I just tried his page and get that same error message. I sure hope he is ok too! I love all his cute furry animal posts!!
He changed his username once before because I followed him under both names. I hope he's ok. I know he's not been in good health. Hopefully he'll be back again.
oh gosh I just looked for him every which way but Tuesday and can't find him anywhere. He is not showing up as a person following me, that I follow, and the picture that I faved of his isn't showing up on my favorites pages either. I really hope is ok, as I know he said he was homebond from illness.
I'm glad his comments stayed. I would think that if his pictures aren't showing up, that he removed himself from the project. Don't know for sure. I do hope he is okay. I really enjoyed having him on the project as well.
Maybe we need to come up with a system of how to leave, so we can leave a note to say goodbye, or at least something that says, the person has chosen to leave the project.
@shelina I think once you develop relationships with people, even if it is simply a 'cyber friendship', you'd say goodbye if you were leaving.
As a few have stated he was homebound and was very ill, in the back of our mind we are all wondering the same thing. But if the worst has happened, someone would have to remove his account. It just doesn't disappear on it's own. HIs photographs were magical and I miss them, and his comments.
@edpartridge Ed - You may not know this, but Abraham is an actual person that many of us were following. He is a wonderful photographer and fun person. We are concerned about him.
