Is anyone having issues with logging into your paid account on Picnik?

I've been trying for 2 days to log into my paid account on Picnik. It does not accept the "@" in my email address to allow me to sign in. I tried this using both Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I thought then I'd try to set up another account and it DID allow me to use the "@" in the email address then.

Is anyone else having these issues?

I also have a paid picnik account, and I cannot input an e-mail address for sign-in either, but I have always just used a username which I picked when I signed up for the account, and I've not had issues recently logging in. As far as I can remember I've never needed to use an e-mail to access my stuff (other than the initial sign up). Don't know if you also have a username you could use rather than the e-mail, or if this will help at all...Hope you are able to figure out what the dilemma is!

I just use my username and it logs in automatically. No problems this way.

Ugh... It's been so long since I had to sign in that I forgot that I just had to use my user name! Thank you both. I just used my user name and it worked.

A blonde moment for sure today! ;)
